Service Scope

VPNRB provides international route subscriptions for cross-border access and network acceleration, covering 110+ countries / 240+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Subscription details and client access are available through the user panel. The panel list shows the routes currently available to choose from.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or paid features from third-party platforms. Those platforms determine their own account eligibility, content catalogs, and access policies. Route coverage does not guarantee that every region, platform, or piece of content will always be available.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription link secure. Do not display them publicly or share them with unauthorized people. A subscription link functions as an access credential. If it is exposed or used unusually, take action through the panel and submit a ticket with details.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time for the account holder's own use. This does not permit sharing the account with others. Reselling, renting, or publicly distributing subscriptions, or sharing accounts or routes with third parties, is prohibited. Device limits and data allowances are separate rules; data usage across multiple devices is still calculated according to the selected plan.

Billing and Refund Terms

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; data is available until used and never expires. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. To apply, go to the ticket section of the user panel, state that you want a refund, and provide the relevant order details so the transaction can be verified. You do not need to provide proof that you were unable to connect. Do not send your password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Refund progress will be discussed through the ticket system. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider's processing, and these terms do not promise a specific arrival time. For disputes raised after the period above, you may submit the order details for review. Any refund obligations required by applicable law will still apply. See the plans page for full pricing.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of any platforms they access. You must not use the service for fraud, infringement, malicious attacks, distributing illegal content, unauthorized access to another person's systems, or other unlawful activities.

Do not disrupt route operations, misuse service resources, or interfere with other users' connections. Users are responsible for the content they access, publish, and transmit. VPNRB's no-logs policy is a privacy commitment, not permission to use the service unlawfully. See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Service Availability and Liability

Network connectivity can be affected by local networks, carrier routing, route maintenance, and third-party platform policies. This may cause speed fluctuations, disconnections, or temporary unavailability in some regions. VPNRB does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connectivity, or ongoing access to any particular platform.

If an issue occurs, submit a ticket with your device platform, selected route, and a description of the error to help with troubleshooting. VPNRB cannot change account or content decisions made independently by third-party platforms. Liability that VPNRB must bear under applicable law for issues caused by the service itself is not generally excluded due to network fluctuations or third-party factors.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If VPNRB finds reselling, unauthorized sharing, unlawful use, or activity that threatens service operations, it may suspend the relevant access and investigate the matter, and may terminate the account if necessary. Any action will be proportionate to the violation. Users who disagree with an action may explain their position through a ticket. Account action does not automatically cancel refund rights already established under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, along with an updated month. Important changes involving prices or usage benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. New rules will not retroactively reduce the benefits of orders already in effect, unless required by law. If you have questions or do not accept a change, you may stop placing new orders and ask about existing subscriptions through a user panel ticket.
